BIOL 453 Insect Physiology

This course studies the functional aspect of insects. The course includes investigations of life processes such as digestion, nutrition, excretion, circulation, respiration, behavior, reproduction, development, and metamorphosis, and relates these life processes to anatomical structures. Since this course also is offered for graduate credit, a differentiation of requirements will be made.
