Student who have attended another institution since leaving ESU must complete a transfer student application at www.esu.edu/apply.
Former students seeking to be readmitted can apply starting July 2016 to be reviewed for the Spring or Fall 2017 semesters. Applications are only available online at www.esu.edu/apply.
