This course challenges the student to study, practice, and evaluate adaptive team leadership skills in preparation for the ROTC Leadership Development and Assessment Course (LDAC). Over all objectives of the course are to integrate the principles and practices of effective leadership, military operations, and personal development in preparation for the summer LDAC program.
